Transaction Terms

These terms explain how ClearLah handles Singapore move-out resale transactions during the MVP launch. ClearLah coordinates listing, buyer matching, payment confirmation, and bulky-item pickup or delivery support.

Secondhand item condition

Items are pre-owned unless clearly stated otherwise. Sellers must provide honest photos, defects, dimensions, access notes, and working proof for appliances. Buyers should review the listing details and ask questions before committing.

Pricing and availability

Prices, delivery fees, pickup windows, and availability can change until ClearLah confirms the transaction in WhatsApp. We avoid false scarcity, hidden fees, and misleading condition claims.

Payments

Pay only through the payment instructions confirmed by ClearLah. A transaction counts as completed only after payment reference, proof URL, pickup or delivery timing, and buyer, seller, and delivery confirmations are recorded.

Pickup and delivery

Delivery depends on access details, lift or stair conditions, loading bay availability, dismantling needs, timing, and item size. Additional fees may apply if the actual access or item condition differs from what was disclosed.

Cancellations and disputes

Rejected items

ClearLah may reject or remove unsafe, illegal, regulated, counterfeit, recalled, hygiene-risk, or badly misdescribed items. Read the listing policy before submitting unusual items.
