Listing Policy

ClearLah focuses on Singapore move-out furniture, appliances, work setups, and home items that can be described clearly and moved safely.

Accepted items

• Furniture such as sofas, tables, chairs, wardrobes, shelves, and bed frames.
• Home appliances with clear photos, working proof, and visible safety details where applicable.
• Work setup items such as desks, office chairs, monitors, and shelving.
• Baby and kids furniture that is clean, complete, and not safety-critical.

Items we reject

• Weapons, airsoft guns, stun devices, pepper spray, explosives, or similar controlled items.
• Medicines, health products, medical devices, supplements, vaping products, or tobacco items.
• Counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, modified, badly damaged, or illegally imported goods.
• Mattresses or upholstered items with suspected bed bugs, mould, strong odour, or hygiene risk.
• Safety-critical baby or sports items such as car seats, helmets, restraints, and protective gear.
• Any item where the seller cannot provide honest photos, defects, dimensions, and access notes.

Appliance rule

Appliances need working proof before being marked as tested. Controlled electrical, electronic, and gas items may require visible safety markings and will be rejected if they look unsafe, modified, recalled, or unsuitable for resale.

Inspection rule

Sellers must disclose defects, missing parts, stains, pest risk, dismantling requirements, and pickup constraints. ClearLah may pause or remove any listing if new safety or trust concerns appear.

This policy is an operating rule for ClearLah's MVP. It is not legal advice. When in doubt, we reject the item or ask the seller for more proof before listing.
