Before public listing
  • Need seller name, seller WhatsApp, area, title, category, condition, price, lowest price, dimensions or access notes, real seller consent, and Photo URL or Photo Path.
  • WhatsApp-only photos can start as seller leads, but public listings need publishable image paths.
Before a deal counts
  • Need listing ID, positive GMV, payment reference, proof URL, pickup or delivery time, and buyer/seller/delivery confirmations.
  • Record deployment evidence only after a non-sample public listing is live.
