With seller consent and either a public photo URL or uploaded JPEG, PNG, or WebP photo, it can enter listing review. Incomplete items still stay as seller leads for photo chasing.

- Appliances should have working proof before they are marked `Tested`.
- Private addresses stay out of public listing text.
