With a real photo URL and consent, it can become public inventory. Without a photo URL, ops will treat it as a seller lead and chase photos first.

Publish rule
Do not push placeholder inventory. This page is a handoff, not proof that the item is live.
- Seller WhatsApp must be a real Singapore number.
- Photo URL must be public, not `example.com`, placeholder, or a private local link.
- Appliances should have working proof before they are marked `Tested`.
- Private addresses stay out of public listing text.
